Central Networks, the new name for East Midlands Electricity and Midlands Electricity, has launched an exciting new website for its customers to learn more about the company and its services.

Customers can log on to the easy-to-use website by visiting www.central-networks.co.uk.

The site contains comprehensive information on the combined businesses and on the services it offers its 4.8 million customers across the east and west midlands region.

It also has useful advice on what to do if your power goes off and who to call for information and advice.

Jim Lightfoot, Customer Operations manager at Central Networks, said: “The website has been designed to be simple to use and to be full of easy to access information on the new Central Networks business.

“If people want to find out more about the new business and get the latest information all they have to do is log on to the website.”

Parents, children and teachers can also find a link on the site to the Central Networks’ Power Discovery Zone. The educational interactive site features games, competition and interactive information on how electricity is produced and how to use it safely.
