02 December 2003 00:00 Emergency road closure in Ilkeston

East Midlands Electricity is advising Derbyshire drivers of an emergency road closure while a cable fault is repaired.

Coronation Road in Cossall, Ikleston will be closed from 7pm on Wednesday 3rd December until 7pm on Thursday 4th December.

East Midlands Electricity will carry out repair work on a major cable fault which is situated in the middle of the Cossall Road carriageway.

A diversion route will be set up to direct drivers around the road closure.

EME and Derbyshire County Council are working closely together to minimise the disruption.

EME would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to the local road users while the work is carried out.
